“New items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, unworn and in original packaging with a receipt.

No exchange or refund for Socks, stockings & hats due to hygiene concern.

Pre-loved uniforms must be inspected before purchase as there will be general wear and tear associated with second hand clothing.  Pre-loved uniforms cannot be returned.”
