Where is the Uniform Shop?
We are located on the front corner of the school hall which is the first building on the right as you enter the school’s main gate. The uniform shop is facing the staff carpark. The uniform shop is currently closed under Covid restrictions, except for online sales. All uniform pickups will be from the covered area outside the hall, next to the uniform shop, adjacent to the carpark.
When is the uniform shop open?
We are normally open during term time Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 – 9:30 am.
How do I purchase uniforms?
You can either come into the store when we are open or buy online by going to the John Purchase school website and selecting” P & C” and then “Uniforms”.
If I buy online, how do I get my order?
1. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation.

2. Following this you will receive a pick up notification to say your order has been packed and is ready to collect.

3. Once you have received your pick up notice, you can collect your order on the next day the uniform shop is open, which is either Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Either you, or your child, can come and collect it.
Can I refund or exchange purchases if I change my mind?
Yes, you can get a full refund if the new goods are returned within 14 days, with a receipt, unworn and in the original condition and packaging. Sizes can be exchanged also, again within 14 days, with a receipt, unworn and in original condition and packaging. Pre-loved uniforms must be inspected before purchase as there will be general wear and tear associated with second hand clothing. Pre-loved uniforms cannot be returned.
Does the Uniform Shop accept cash?
No, we only take credit or eftpos card in the store, and credit card with online ordering.
How do the pre-loved uniforms work?
Parents donate uniforms their children have outgrown which we then sell at a reduced price as second hand. We ask that all donations are washed first. There’s no return on second hand uniforms and there will be general wear and tear on the clothing. All the money raised from second hand sales goes directly back into the school to be used for amenities for the students such as technology.
